Returns and exchanges:

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. The protocol below must be followed.

Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery.

**Return and exchanges are accepted for unused items in original packaging. Shipping returned items back is at the responsibility of the customer.

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items I can't accept returns of them unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  1. Custom or Personalized Orders
  2. Digital Downloads
  3. Perishable Products

 

Payments:

Payments are accepted through direct checkout and Shopify approved platforms such as Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo, etc.

 

Shipping:

All orders typically shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays). You will be provided a tracking number via email once the order has shipped. If you have special shipping requests please note them with your order or send a message. The order will be sent to the shipping address listed on the transaction. Please make sure the shipping address is error free as refunds will not be issued to orders with an incorrect address provided. Please note during holidays and high volume times it may take longer.

International shipping is available, cost is based on weight of the product/s.

**If USPS says you package has been delivered but you cannot find it please reach out to USPS only they have the details about where you package is.
