How Many Essential Oil Drops Do I Put In Each Blend?
The answer to this really depends on your intention, the essential oils you are using and the age of the user. Its also important to consider how sensitive your skin is. The chart below is a general guideline to follow for dilution. The more essential oil drops you use the more potent the blend will be, you want to balance power and safety for the most effective roller bottle creation.
Some of our favorite carrier oils are fractionated coconut oil, grape seed oil, hemp oil, jojoba oil and argon oil.
What Stones/Crystals Go With Essential Oils Best?
There are defiantly certain essential oils and gemstones/crystals that work well together like rose quartz and rose essential oil. However, you will not create a wrong combination. There are not essential oils and gemstones/crystals that will stifle each other. Out in nature they all work together, and they will work together in your roller bottle creation too!

How Many Crystal Chips Do I Put In The Roller Bottle?
You can use as many or as little as you like. Remember the more crystal chips you use the less room there will be for your oil blend. When you get your roller bottles and gemstone chips from Essential Wellness Body Mind Spirit you will receive a bottle half full of gemstone chips, can use that many or adjust the amount to your preference. We recommend 10-15 gemstone chips (6 grams) for a 10ml bottle. Again, you can’t go wrong here, it is all about your intention!
What Is The Process of Making A Roller Bottle?
There are just 5 steps to make your roller bottle creation!
Step 1: Set your intention. Choose and gather your essential oils, gemstones/crystal chips, carrier oil and roller ball.
Step 2: Place crystal chips inside the roller bottle. Always do this 1st.
Step 3: Pour essential oils into the bottle. Fill the rest with your carrier oil.
Step 4: Press and secure the roller ball top on the bottle.
Step 5: Start to use it!
*Some great places to use your roller bottle are on the wrists, back of the neck or bottoms of the feet.
